Loren Coad joined HDA Architects, LLC in January 1994, bringing a strong technical background in structural, mechanical, architectural, and construction techniques.  He is known by his associates as a “problem-solver” and prides himself on the ability to efficiently handle multiple projects.  His skills have been developed over a variety of projects and in the construction industry prior to starting in architecture.  Loren has practiced architecture in Arizona since 1986 and has eleven years previous experience in cold weather construction.

Previous experience includes multi-family housing, banks, retail (new and renovations) including over 300 Wal Mart stores and, most recently, educational facilities ranging from $100,000 small renovation projects to a $28 million high school as Project Manager
