Professional Qualifications                       

Brian Koskella joined HDA Architects, LLC in 2000.  Immediately prior to that, he had served as an owner’s representative for a nationwide hospitality company, with complete responsibility for projects all over the western United States.  Prior to that, Brian had been in the general contracting industry in roles of project management and estimating.  For a period of time, Brian held a “B” License and owned a general contracting firm.
 
In the time that Brian has been with HDA, he has had responsibility for the field role on Basha High School, a $31 million Construction Manager-At-Risk project.  In addition, he played the same role on the Xavier Performing Arts Complex, a $14 million project also using the same delivery method.  Brian utilizes HDA’s “zero punch list” approach, to achieve a better product for the Owner.
