This state-of-the-art office building serves as the administrative center for Del Webb Corporation, located at their Anthem Development, 20 miles north of Phoenix.

The two-story building is constructed of ground- and split-face masonry and synthetic masonry walls, with a concrete tile roof. 

Ryan Companies, based out of Minnesota, with a local office in Phoenix, constructed the building using the “design-build” delivery process.
