Xavier Fine/Performing Arts Building was designed to provide educational and performance space to enhance fine arts programs for this award-winning school

At the heart of this facility is a 1,250-seat performing arts theatre that can be separated into three distinct and smaller venues.  The use of rotating turntable seating can create more intimate arrangements for small productions.  Integrating state-of-the-art sound and theatrical lighting systems makes this a gem of high school theatres throughout the state and nation.

The design also incorporates an auxiliary gymnasium and classrooms, to round out additional facility needs for this national award-winning college preparatory school.
